The nearest airport is Edinburgh, however it is very easy to travel to Edinburgh from London if you prefer not to fly direct to Scotland

Sadly there isn’t a railway station in Peebles so the nearest major station is Edinburgh Waverley - from there you can drive or get a bus
By Bus
The X62 bus goes from close to Edinburgh Waverley (South Bridge) all the way to Peebles and should take a little over an hour - they currently leave every 30 minutes
By Car
Edinburgh to Peebles approx 50 mins
Glasgow to Peebles approx an hour and a quarter
Fishy to Peebles approx three and a half hours
London to Peebles approx seven hours

So, this is a very easy one. We are asking everyone to come a long way for our wedding, some of you a very long way.
Charmaine and I have agreed that all our loved-ones being in the same room (in a castle!) together is more than enough in terms of gifts. So please, just come if you can and don’t worry about an additional gift.
